Better Futures Minnesota’s Community Stability Model combines meaningful employment, hands-on training, life coaching, and supportive services to help participants overcome barriers and build lasting stability. Participants gain paid, real-world experience through environmental services such as deconstruction, materials recovery, appliance recycling, and reuse operations while earning industry certifications and developing valuable job skills.
