Before You Donate: Please Organize Your Material

To help our team process donations efficiently, please organize smaller items by category (e.g., nails together, tools together, fixtures together, etc.) If you have questions about a donation, please email us below. We reserve the right to refuse unorganized boxes of items. Please go through your items before donating. 

Tips before you donate

Organize all like items in the same box or bundle together
It is the donor's responsibility to ensure all items meet our acceptance guidelines.
Please note we reserve the right to decline any donation that is not in sellable condition or appropriate for the ReUse Warehouse.

Donation Guidlines

We greatly appreciate your support through donations. Following these guidelines helps our team process items quickly and ensure they can be resold to support our mission.

All items must be clean, functional, and free of damage. Appliances must be in working order with no missing parts.

If an appliance is older than 8 years, a $35 recycling fee applies.

We cannot accept the following types of doors:

Hollow core doors, doors with missing parts, doors that are bowed or warped, have peeling paint, broken glass, drastic alterations, rot, or failing seals, and any doors with asbestos.

We cannot accept the following types of windows:

Windows with crumbling glazing or peeling paint; single-pane windows; plastic curtain rods; plastic, metal, or wood blinds; curtains; drapes; roll-up shades; windows with broken seals or fogging; windows with cracked panes; or windows that need to be put together.
"Don’t throw away usable building materials; give them a second life at the ReUse Warehouse."

What We Accept:

We accept home improvement items and building materials that are in sellable condition. Final acceptance is determined at drop-off.
Appliances (Recycling fee applies if 7 years or older.)
Commercial Appliances (Recycling fee applies if 7 years or older.)
Kitchen Cabinets
bathroom vanities
Full boxes of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, slate, and other natural stone)
Wood Flooring
solid wood doors
vinyl windows
lumber, trim or molding 6' or longer
toilets, sinks, and faucets
Home Goods
New appliance or building materials
Newer ceiling fans (blades must be attached.)
working light fixtures
granite countertops or newer butcherblock
HVAC units and radiators in great condition
Tools and Equipment

Items we’re unable to accept:

Before bringing your donation, please review the items we cannot accept below. If you're unsure about an item, send us a message and include a photo using the form below. We'll review it and let you know whether it's eligible for donation before you make the trip.
Hazardous materials
Paint, stain, or chemicals
Batteries or cell phones
Tvs or electronics
Computers or printers
Lumber under 6 feet
Insulation
Carpet or laminate flooring
Roofing material
House siding (unless new in box or cedar)
Doors in disrepair, doors with chipping paint, or hollow-core doors
Damaged or incomplete items
Outdated fixtures, fans or track lighting
Items requiring repair
Fluorescent bulbs or light bulbs
